We run every zone and watch it work. That means checking each head for clogs, breaks, and bad spray patterns, adjusting arcs so water lands on grass instead of your driveway, testing valves and looking for leaks, and reviewing controller programming against what your lawn actually needs for the season.

Start-up goes on the calendar once the hard freezes are behind us, usually in April, so the system is working before the lawn needs it. Winterization has to happen before the first real freeze in late fall. Water left in the lines expands when it freezes and cracks pipes, valves, and backflow devices.

Watch for a water bill that jumps without a change in habits, a soggy area that never dries out, or a zone where pressure has fallen off. Heads that spray sideways, mist instead of throwing water, or stay wet at the base after shutoff are all telling you something. Brown patches in one zone point in the same direction.

Usually, yes. Most of the waste we find is fixable: heads watering pavement, misaligned patterns doubling up on one strip, leaks running unnoticed, and controllers set to water briefly every day instead of deeply twice a week. Correcting the schedule alone often cuts usage while the lawn gets healthier.

We work on systems that are already in the ground. Maintenance, inspections, seasonal start-up and shutdown, and repairs to heads, valves, and lines are what we handle. New lawn irrigation design and installation isn’t something we do, so if you’re starting from scratch, you’ll need an installer.
